We supply traditional larger Welsh lambs that are produced on our own farm but can also offer Welsh Mountain Lamb reared on the higher mountain pastures from small family farms. These lambs are the same breed as the ones often seen wandering along roads when you're driving through the beautiful Welsh mountains. Although they give a very small product it is a wonderfully sweet meat and is absolutely delicious. It is a very seasonal meat and is often unavailable between April and July. Please specify if you only want Mountain lamb as traditional Welsh lamb will be sent if no Mountain lamb is available.
