Our Christmas poultry is coming from S&J Organics near Carmarthen. A small organic family farm run by Steve and Juliet who have three young children as well as their free range collection of geese, turkeys and ducks. They have a small on farm abattoir so there is no travelling involved for the birds once they have arrived on farm as day olds. Also their flock size is very small so you can be assured that there is no overcrowding and that there is plenty of outdoor space for them. All their poultry is certified to the exacting Soil Association standards.

S&J are one of the few people producing these delicious birds under organic conditions. Please remember that geese loose a lot of fat during cooking and will shrink quite dramatically but the roast potatoes will be fantastic! We will try and match your size requirements as closely as possible but cannot guarantee the exact size of the goose.
