Probably the easiest way
to shop is online but we are always happy to take
postal
or telephone orders [01267 233445]. We have a shop
in Carmarthen so if you live locally we would love to see you there.
Home Delivery is Free for SA Postcodes 1-50 except SA9, SA19 and SA20.
This covers Swansea, The Gower, most of Carmarthenshire and part of
Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire. Minimum order value to qualify for Free
delivery is £15 for regular orders on our regular routes.
For one-off orders or for small deviations from our routes, the
minimum order value is £25. For smaller orders or for deviations from
our routes in rural areas a delivery charge of £2 to £5 will be added.

For orders outside the above areas the standard charge is £8.50 for
despatch by overnight courier to UK mainland addresses excluding
Highlands & Islands. For other destinations or for timed deliveries
please enquire.
Small items suitable for posting at our discretion will be charged at £4.95.
Frozen and chilled food is despatched at your own risk in gel
packs; we will do our utmost to pack this well but cannot
guarantee that it will remain frozen.
If you add instructions to your order - eg.
leave in porch, leave next door, your parcel can
be left without your signature.
Packaging
All goods will
be packed appropriately but food will be dispatched in
cardboard boxes / cartons, chilled and frozen products
are sent in insulated containers and packed in a frozen gel. Local
customers are also asked to leave out or give previous
packaging to the van driver when their new order is delivered
Please note orders must be placed by 11 o'clock on
Tuesday, and are delivered on either Thursday or Friday,
we will confirm by e-mail
